Equipments: 2 Yoga Blocks, Towel, Thera-Band, small Pilates Ball , Focused on elongation, Core, Buttocks, arms to back connection Muscle sections in focus for this level: Core, buttocks, arms and back Exercises included in this level: Muscle elongation Students in this level will be guided into a process on how information is transferred from the brain through to the nervous system and all other sensory organs . Because of this, the development of Body Awareness foundations at an early age will definitely improve an individual’s motor function.
